The Role – Director of Operations

We are looking for a director of operations to serve as the right hand for our founder and director and to support our entire leadership team. This is an "integrator" role, meaning you must have the unique ability to manage daily issues as they come up and execute consistently on the vision of the practice. By attending meetings and managing the director's task list, you will become the glue that keeps our team together by moving ideas into reality.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

●      Attend meetings

●      Keep detailed task lists for all members of leadership team

●      Execute or delegate tasks in a timely manner

●      This can be a part-time role that develops into full-time

​

Required Skills and Qualifications

●      Must have access to high-speed internet and a private, professional space for meetings

●      Excellent and highly professional interpersonal skills - in person, via zoom and by phone

●      Background in mental health services preferred

●      Advanced organizational, management, technical, communication, and problem solving skills

●      Preference for those with a mental health degree or background (e.g., MSW, MHC)
