Staff Clinician
Yochanan Eskenazi is a licensed social worker and a staff clinician at The CBT/ DBT Center. Yochanan earned his Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from the Sara Schenirer/ Wurzweiler School of Social Work, graduating with honors and earning the prestigious Dean’s Award. Post-graduation, Yochanan has received extensive training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) from the Beck Institute, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) from Dr. Marsha Linehan’s Behavioral Tech, and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) from the Center for the Treatment and Study for Anxiety of the University of Pennsylvania.
Yochanan comes to The CBT/ DBT Center with many years of experience working with diverse age groups, ranging from elementary-age students to older adults. His professional background includes many years in education, including as a classroom teacher (Rebbe), guidance counselor (Mashgiach), and School Social Worker, where he worked closely with students, parents, teachers, and administrators. His passion is to help each person learn how to become the best version of themselves and looks forward help each client live a most meaningful life.
