The Role – Marketing Manager

​

Part-time marketing management position (5-7 hours/week).

Maintain long-term and short-term plans for marketing The CBT/DBT Center.

​

Job Duties and Responsibilities

​

• Use social media and print media strategically to increase brand awareness 

​

• Manage campaigns for courses, groups, or general services

​

• Write copy for the company, including:

  • Website updates (new pages, group updates, bios, tweaks to copy)

  • Ads for services

  • Ads for courses

  • Sales pages for courses

  • Emails, including:

    • Nurturing emails 

    • Sales emails for courses

    • Sales emails for services

    • Cold pitches to podcasts or other speaking engagements

(Note: Copy tasks usually include design direction and sometimes the initial design itself)

• Work with therapists to maximize social media use

  • Schedule Instagram lives

  • Schedule advertisements

  • Decide which ad to run and the location of the ad (newsletter, WhatsApp status, or Instagram)

• Meet with other staff to coordinate marketing efforts:

  • Founder

  • Project Manager

  • Group Director

  • CFO

  • COO
