The Role – Marketing Manager
​
Part-time marketing management position (5-7 hours/week).
Maintain long-term and short-term plans for marketing The CBT/DBT Center.
​
Job Duties and Responsibilities
​

Use social media and print media strategically to increase brand awareness
​

Manage campaigns for courses, groups, or general services
​

Write copy for the company, including:
-
Website updates (new pages, group updates, bios, tweaks to copy)

Ads for services
-
Ads for courses
-
Sales pages for courses
-
Emails, including:
-
Nurturing emails
-
Sales emails for courses
-
Sales emails for services
-
Cold pitches to podcasts or other speaking engagements
-

(Note: Copy tasks usually include design direction and sometimes the initial design itself)

Work with therapists to maximize social media use
-
Schedule Instagram lives
-
Schedule advertisements
-
Decide which ad to run and the location of the ad (newsletter, WhatsApp status, or Instagram)
