Our Process
Review
We review your application and screen it for several criteria.
Interview
We conduct phone or zoom interviews with at least one of our staff to get to know you better.
Analyze
We speak with references to understand more about you and how you work with a team
Offer
We make an offer to the candidate who we feel is the best fit for the role within ~2 weeks of your interview.
