This might include interviews, questionnaires, and selected tests — not more than you need, and never less than what’s helpful.

Psychoeducational Evaluation

General Cognitive Screener

A brief assessment of cognitive strengths and weaknesses for teens and adults. Ideal for academic, professional, or personal insight.

Comprehensive Neuropsychological Evaluation

10 hours over 3 days full battery covering cognition, executive functioning, memory, learning, attention, and emotional functioning. Recommended for complex cases, multiple differential diagnoses, multiple concerns, or high-stakes decisions.

Includes: Intake with parent, three full days of testing, and feedback session.
Child Pre-Therapy Evaluation
$500
This evaluation helps parents and caregivers understand what might be going on emotionally or behaviorally with their child — and what to do next. It includes a 60-minute parent session and a 30-minute session with the child, followed by expert consultation and a brief, written summary of diagnostic impressions and treatment recommendations.

ADHD Evaluation

This evaluation is a lower-cost option designed to help adults begin therapy with clarity and direction. It includes an intake with one of our therapists, expert consultation, brief psychological testing, and a written summary of diagnostic impressions and treatment recommendations.
