Evidence-based trauma treatments include CPT and PE.
CPT is a cognitive therapy focused on where you got “stuck” in the natural recovery process and working to get you “unstuck” for good.

PE is a behavioral treatment that helps you learn to unglue symptoms from traumatic memories or reminders.

Call
When you call, our Client Care Coordinator will answer your initial questions and help you set-up an intake appointment.
Intake
Your intake is a 90- minute appointment to learn about your needs and what led you to our practice.
Please note: we work from a team approach, so the intake is always with a qualified professional from our team, but not necessarily with the clinician you will end up working with. It is also double the length of a usual appointment.
Treatment Plan
At your intake, the therapist will listen closely and learn about you to craft an individualized treatment plan.
They will present that plan to you and their rationale for choosing it.
Commitment
You then get to decide if the suggested plan feels like the right fit. If it does you can move forward with committing to treatment.
Our Client Care Coordinator will continue to be available to make sure you have a smooth experience.
