Rachel Baitch, MA

Rachel Baitch is an extern clinician at The CBT/DBT Center, currently pursuing her PsyD at the Ferkauf Graduate School of Psychology. She has previously worked with children, adolescents, and adults, addressing a range of behavioral and mental health needs. Her experience spans college counseling, community mental health, and psychosocial rehabilitation settings.

Rachel is driven by a deep-seated passion to help individuals from all communities and backgrounds live their healthiest and fullest lives. In her practice, Rachel focuses on creating a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental environment where clients can feel safe exploring their thoughts and feelings. She utilizes a variety of integrative and evidence-based approaches, ensuring that care is tailored to each client's unique needs. Beyond her clinical work, Rachel is actively involved in research projects aimed at preventing anxiety and depressive disorders in adolescents, as well as enhancing therapists’ interpersonal skills.
