Penina Horowitz

Penina is an undergraduate intern at The CBT/DBT Center. She is currently working toward her bachelor’s degree in social work through Sara Schenirer.

Sharing in The CBT/DBT Center’s mission, Penina is passionate about making quality mental health care accessible within the Orthodox Jewish community. She seeks to further this mission through her creativity, motivation, and commitment to high quality work.

After graduating from her current program, Penina hopes to work toward her master’s degree in social work, aiming to become a clinician in Israel with a focus on ERP (exposure and response prevention) therapy for the treatment of OCD and phobias.
